Terms of Service — Clients
Baseline version — last updated: 2026
These terms govern your use of TalentCore as a client posting jobs. By posting a job, you accept the clauses below.
Posting jobs
You are responsible for the accuracy of your job description (category, budget, location) — blocked content (platform circumvention, prohibited category) is automatically rejected at publication.
An indicative budget is computed from recent comparable jobs; it remains a suggestion, never an imposed cap.
Selection and verified providers
TalentCore only surfaces applications from providers who passed KYC verification (identity, live selfie) and, for sensitive categories, a background check. This verification reduces risk but is not an absolute guarantee of skill or conduct — TalentCore remains an intermediary connecting parties, not the provider's employer.
Payment and escrow
The agreed amount is charged and held in escrow as soon as an application is accepted — never released to the provider before your explicit validation of the deliverable (or the dispute window expiring).
In case of disagreement, escrowed funds remain protected until the dispute is resolved (see Dispute Resolution) — no refund or release happens automatically without this process.
TalentCore never calls a third-party payment gateway directly: every charge goes through the NetSun Hub (UniPay).
Job insurance
For high physical-risk categories, coverage can be subscribed at contract formation, cost-shared by default between you and the provider, unless the category cannot be identified (cost then borne by the provider).
Cancellation
An open job can be cancelled as long as it has not moved into execution. A job already in progress follows the compensation rules applicable to that contract, communicated to you before the cancellation is confirmed.
Disputes and governing terms
Any disagreement over a deliverable is handled through the dispute resolution process described on its dedicated page. Additional country-specific notices apply — see Country-Specific Notices.
