Terms of Service — Service Providers
Baseline version — last updated: 2026
These terms govern your use of TalentCore as an independent service provider. By creating a provider profile, you accept the clauses below.
Eligibility and identity verification (KYC)
You must be of legal age and provide a valid ID document along with a live selfie. An application can only be submitted after a successful KYC verification (VERIFIED status, not expired).
For sensitive categories (care of persons, unsupervised home access, transportation of persons), an additional background check is also required before applying.
See the Data Protection Policy (KYC) for retention periods and your rights.
Jobs, applications and contracts
Applying to a job does not guarantee selection. A contract is only formed once the client explicitly accepts your application.
You agree to perform the job as agreed (deliverables, milestones, deadlines) and never to attempt to bypass the platform to arrange payment outside escrow — any detected attempt (sharing direct payment details in messages/applications) may result in account suspension.
Payment, escrow and commission
The client's payment is held in escrow as soon as your application is accepted and is only released after the client validates the deliverable (or the dispute window expires).
TalentCore retains a 5% commission on each job amount, automatically deducted from the payment at escrow release — never billed separately.
Released funds are credited to your TalentCore wallet; withdrawal to your mobile money or bank account goes through the NetSun Hub payment rail (UniPay), never a direct integration on your part.
Insurance
For high physical-risk categories, a job insurance proposal is automatically made when the contract is formed — you may explicitly decline. Actual coverage depends on the insurer connected in your country (see Insurance Terms).
Suspension and termination
TalentCore may suspend or terminate your account for proven fraud, prohibited content, repeated platform circumvention, or revoked KYC/background check verification. Jobs already in progress at the time of a suspension are never affected retroactively.
Disputes and governing terms
Any disagreement over a deliverable is handled through the dispute resolution process described on its dedicated page. Additional country-specific notices apply based on your country of residence — see Country-Specific Notices.
